Shipping policy

We typically ship within 5-7 business days after time of purchase, orders may ship sooner depending on certain items. Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders. If your item is lost, damaged or stolen, Dream So Lavish is not responsible for that item.

-Please contact the shipping carrier if packages are lost due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses

-Please contact the shipping carrier pertaining to any reshipment fees for returned packages with incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

Please be sure to include the correct name, email, and mailing address at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, we cannot update your shipping address. If you need your shipping address updated once your order is placed, please email us at dreamvubusiness@gmail.com for further instructions.

International Orders

International orders ships within 10-15 business days after time of purchase, this may vary depending on your country along with customs fees. Once order is shipped Dream So Lavish is no longer in control for mail delays, stolen/damaged items, or customs delays.
